How do you minimize disruption to our business or tenants?
We understand that commercial properties have “peak hours.” We offer flexible scheduling, including early morning or weekend shifts, to ensure our crews and equipment are off-site before your busiest times. We also use debris management systems to keep parking lots and walkways clear throughout the day.
Are you fully insured for commercial-scale work?
Yes. Unlike many residential services, we carry $2M+ in General Liability, specialized Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions), and full Workers’ Compensation. We can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) naming your firm as an additional insured upon request.
How do you handle the spread of Oak Wilt?
Texas Live Oaks and Red Oaks are highly susceptible to this fungus. Our certified arborists follow strict protocols: we only prune during the “safe window” (typically July through January), we disinfect all tools between trees, and we apply pruning sealer to every wound immediately to prevent beetle transmission.
Do you follow industry safety standards?
Absolutely. All work is performed in accordance with ANSI Z133 safety requirements and ANSI A300 pruning standards. This ensures that the work is not only safe for our climbers but also scientifically sound for the long-term health of your trees.
How do you determine the priority of tree work?
We use a Risk-Based Assessment model. Trees located near high-traffic areas (sidewalks, parking structures, building entrances) are prioritized based on their structural integrity. We categorize work as Critical/Immediate, Proactive, or Routine Maintenance.
What is your response time for storm damage?
We maintain a dedicated Commercial Rapid Response Team for our contract clients. Following a severe Texas weather event (wind, ice, or lightning), our contract partners receive priority dispatching to ensure their properties are cleared of hazards and reopened for business as quickly as possible.
